Weekday (Monday - Thursday): $215
Weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and holidays): $230
Rates above are for four adults, $12.50 per night for each additional adult guest (kids 12 and under stay free)

Castlewood Trails Guest Policies
- Check In: 3:00 p.m. or later
- Check Out: 11:00 a.m. (no exceptions allowed)
- Each reservation requires a 2-night minimum stay; holiday weekends require a 3-night minimum stay.
- Nightly rates are based on 4 adults. $12.50 per night for each additional adult guest. Children 12 and under stay free.
- A valid credit card is required for all reservations (Visa, Mastercard, & Discover). A $200 deposit is required at the time of the reservation. The balance owed will be charged 10 days prior to your arrival.
- Cleaning Fee: A cleaning fee of $65 will be charged for each reservation.
- The property is inspected before and after each rental. Any damage to the property, as well as any damaged, broken or missing items (including sheets and towels) will be charged accordingly.
- Cancellations: For cancellations made 14 days or more prior to arrival date, a full refund less a $50 processing fee will be given. If a cancellation is made less than 14 days of your arrival, you will be refunded the amount of your reservation, less a $200 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 48 hours of your first night reserved will result in the full amount of your reservation being charged to your credit card.
- All cancellations must be confirmed by phone or email. You will be provided a cancellation number and cancellation email. Your reservation is not considered cancelled without this number. Cancellations cannot be accepted via voicemail.
- Weather related cancellations or reservation changes are not accepted as valid cancellations. Normal cancellation charges will apply.
- If the cabin or surrounding area is left in disorder, an additional $50 cleaning fee will be incurred.
- No pets allowed ($100 charge for violations)
- No smoking in the cabin ($100 charge for violations)
- A minimum $25 will be charged for shipping and handling of any items left in the cabin and shipped back to the guest.
- No sitting or standing on the hot tub cover
- Please ensure there is adult supervision with children, especially when using the hot tub, tree house, fire pit, and tire swing.
- Discount Packages: To take advantage of special promotional offings, reservations must be made by telephone. Reservations made prior to promotions being offered, will not be adjusted based on promotional discounts advertised after a reservation has been made.
- The renter agrees to the conditions set forth in these policies and agrees to abide by them. Additionally, the renter agrees to assumes full liability or responsibility for injuries or damages which may occur as a result of use of the property or its amenities, and agree that the property owner does not assume this responsibility.
